Who processes your data

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Tirabora Industriale, Corso Italia 24, 34122 Trieste, Italy, VAT no. IT01092300324, which manages the leasing of the ground-floor spaces at Palazzo Carciotti.

For any request concerning your data, please write to info@carciotti-retail.com.

What data we collect

Enquiry form

When you request a presentation of the spaces, you provide your full name and email address and, if you wish, your company or brand, telephone number, the type of business and a short description of your idea.

Browsing data

As with any website, the hosting service automatically records certain technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) in order to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as is necessary to handle the negotiation and, in any event, for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for a few days.

Who else has access to it

Your data is processed by the staff of Tirabora Industriale and, where necessary for the lease, may be shared with the owner of the building. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and enquiries submitted through the form are delivered by email via the Resend service (or, on a temporary basis, FormSubmit). Both act as technical service providers to the controller and may process some data outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Technical tools

As these are purely technical tools, your consent is not required (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante’s Guidelines of 10 June 2021). You can nonetheless delete any stored data through your browser settings.
